This course focused on designing conversational interactions for facilitating humans and machines to cooperate through different modalities that fit the usage contexts. In this course, I have gotten a deeper understanding of how conversational agents work and got an introduction to how I can create my own prototypes with them using Google Dialog Flow, which uses artificial intelligence to determine what the user is asking. We had to think about how users would interact with the system and consider many possible user scenarios. Our final concept was a conversational agent called Terra that helps people with taking care of their plants.
